Close protection · Performance
Take your time back. Be physically capable for the job.
Time-efficient training for close protection operatives. Built around long details, short notice and broken sleep — so the job stops costing you your fitness.
- Built for operatives, not general population
- Two programmes · Gym or nothing at all
- Founding cohort · 5 places · By application
01 / The constraint
It was never motivation. It was time.
Most operatives don't need convincing that fitness matters. They need a plan that survives a fourteen-hour day, a task that lands late, and a hotel room with no kit in it.
Rosters you don't set
Shifts move. Tasks come in late. A programme built on fixed gym days breaks in the first week.
Long hours, little recovery
Static hours, travel and interrupted sleep take more out of you than the training ever does.
All or nothing
When the only option is a full session, missed days quietly turn into missed months.
02 / Capability
In this job, you are the asset.
Close protection isn't one quality. It's presence, strength, endurance and composure — and the ability to go from standing still to full output with no warning at all.
Presence that gets respected
How you carry yourself does work before anything happens. Looking physically capable deters, reassures the client and settles a room — that is part of the job, not a side effect of it.
Carry, move, react
Kit, distance and a client to move. Strength and work capacity are job requirements here, not vanity metrics.
Long static, sudden maximal
Hours of standing followed by seconds of everything. Your conditioning has to cover both ends of that, not just the middle.
Stress and sleep debt
Training done properly buffers fatigue and keeps your judgement sharp late into a shift, when it counts most.
Career longevity
Staying capable is how you keep getting selected — this year, and in ten years' time.
03 / The approach
How we give the time back.
Every part of the programme is judged on one question: is this the highest return for the time it costs you?
Short sessions that earn their place
No filler. Every session has a specific job, so nothing has to be made up for later in the week.
Built around the roster
The plan flexes with the week you've actually got, instead of assuming a week you're never going to get.
Nutrition that fits the shift pattern
A personalised plan built for petrol stations, hotel breakfasts and meals eaten at odd hours — not for someone with a kitchen and a quiet evening.
Accountability without another meeting
Weekly check-ins that fit into your day rather than a fixed slot you'll end up cancelling anyway.
The two programmes
The FitPro Programme
Structured strength and conditioning for the weeks you've got a gym and a usable window. Progressive, all-round, and built to raise what you can do on a detail — not just what you can lift.
- Sessions
- 3–4 a week
- Length
- 20–45 minutes
- Kit needed
- Gym access
No Time. No Equipment. No Excuses.
For hotel rooms, airports, residentials and the days the job takes everything. No kit and no gym needed — so there is always a session you can do, wherever you've been sent.

What you get
Full access to the FitPro Programme and to No Time, No Equipment, No Excuses — switch between them as the work dictates.
A nutrition plan written for you by me, around your shift pattern and what you can realistically get hold of.
Every week, direct with me: what worked, what the roster did to it, and what changes for the week ahead.
You're placed in a cohort alongside CPOs currently working in the industry — people whose week looks like yours.
Full access to the FitPro Security chat: job opportunities, networking, and health, fitness and industry information shared between operatives.
04 / Who it's for
Built for operatives, not general population.
This is for you if
- You work in close protection — employed, freelance, residential or on rotation.
- You're roughly 25 to 40 and the job has quietly taken over your training.
- You want to be physically capable for the role, and carry the presence that goes with it.
- Your time is limited and you're honest about how limited it is.
- You'll do the work, as long as someone gives you the right work to do.
Probably not for you if
- You're chasing a stage-ready physique above everything else.
- You want a generic plan you'll never adjust or report back on.
- You're not willing to train consistently, even in short sessions.
- You'd rather have a quick fix than something that holds for years.
05 / Proof
Client transformations.
Operatives who did the work around the job, not instead of it. Faces are obscured at their request.
06 / Founding cohort
Five founding places. Applications open now.
The founding cohort is the first group into FitPro Security coaching. Direct access to me, closer input on your programme, and a founding rate that won't be offered again.
Places are by application, not checkout — every operative is screened before a spot is confirmed.
One-to-one coaching — programming, nutrition and check-ins built solely around you, outside the cohort. Price on enquiry.
